Who are we?
Mirco Sanelli is highly experienced having worked actively in the building industry since 1985, starting in Italy.
He has led and completed many projects in Tuscany, some smaller like the houses and rooftops in and around Lucca. Others larger projects include the magnificent but challenging terrain near to the Tower of Pisa and the grand villas and swimming pools of Forte dei Marmi.
In 1999, he led and completed a restaurant extension project in Piccadilly London and worked in other building improvement projects in the West End.
He has been based in the UK permanently since 2015. Mirco has built up a good understanding of the UK market and the materials and tools available. He has a good working relationship with local material suppliers and specialist trades: electricians, plumbers, plasterers, painter and decorators, carpenters, interior designers, kitchen fitters, tilers, flooring specialists, gardeners, ground workers .
He is also a contractor for one of the leading estate agents in Bath. The agency trusts that he can tackle and quickly resolve any problem that a tenant or owner may have with a building they rent or own.
Mirco launched his own company and then created Sanelli Solutions Ltd in 2023 to project manage and make-over the interior of a cherished care home in Bath with 26 rooms.
Sanelli Solutions is excited about future opportunities in the local area.
